Our claims management serves as your back office

Neither you nor we know when and in what form it will happen. But if it really happens we are here to assist you! Once a claim arises we will tell you what to do ad hoc.
We lodge the claim to the insurer and take care of the commissioning of experts. We keep the processes on schedule, make sure all deadlines are met and check whether respective claims payments are in accordance with the conditions in the policy.
We support you in the claims settings meetings with the experts/surveyors and claim setting agents and take part in the discussions with them.
If transactions are controversial, we try to achieve goodwill agreements in negotiations with the insurer.
In the event of legal disputes, we can name suitable experts, such as lawyers.
